Jon Belsher, MD
Jon Belsher, MD, is the founder and driving force behind Visura.
He combines a rich medical background with advanced business acumen from Harvard’s executive education program. After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern, he completed his residency and fellowship at the renowned Mayo Clinic, where he was honored as “Teacher of the Year” twice and served as Chief Fellow.
Beyond clinical expertise, Jon brings extensive C-suite experience as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and CEO, offering a unique blend of medical and executive fractional leadership to guide healthcare technology founders.

Jon Belsher, MD, is the founder and driving force behind Visura.
He combines a rich medical background with advanced business acumen from Harvard’s executive education program. After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern, he completed his residency and fellowship at the renowned Mayo Clinic, where he was honored as “Teacher of the Year” twice and served as Chief Fellow.
Before transitioning to the startup world and ending his time as a clinician, Dr. Belsher was triple-boarded in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience in the field to healthcare startups.
Beyond clinical expertise, Jon brings extensive C-suite experience as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and CEO, offering a unique blend of medical and executive fractional leadership to guide healthcare technology founders.
Additionally, Jon served four years with the White House Press Corps and spent 13 years in the U.S. Military as an F-16 Flight Surgeon. As Chief of Aerospace Medicine for the Arizona Air National Guard’s 162nd Fighter Wing, he led the country's largest Air National Guard Medical Group, overseeing a diverse team of medical professionals.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jon is a licensed instrument-rated private pilot, blending his passion for aviation with a commitment to precision. He values experiential richness, advocating for international travel and cultural immersion. In his free time, he enjoys reading, swimming, and practicing intentional meditation.
Jennifer Belsher
Jennifer Belsher is our business manager and communications specialist. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, she brings strong interpersonal and communication skills to the team. Her career spans roles in customer service, office administration, and patient care.
At Concentra, Jennifer managed patient workflow, document handling, and insurance verification and collections. She also contributed to marketing and client relations at Dr. Graig Brown, DDS., where she managed front desk operations and held a pivotal role in marketing, particularly in referral outreach and event planning.

In addition to her pertinent work experience, Jennifer has over a decade of practice managing the intricate dynamics of the Belsher household, where she expertly handles scheduling, daily routines, and appointment coordination for a busy family of four.
Beyond her professional and household management roles, Jennifer is an active volunteer. From 2019 to 2023, she dedicated herself to the Junior League of South Carolina, contributing significantly to the Physical and Mental Health Committee and the Healthy Kids with Special Needs Committee.
